Come and discover your amazing local grasslands in Epping, Wollert and Aurora!
What happens when you slow down and really see the land around you?
In this final Sunday Ramble, join artist and nature journaler Claire Mosley for a creative, hands-on session exploring the beauty of Epping’s native grasslands through art, observation, and reflection.
Nature journaling is more than drawing. It’s a way of deepening our connection to place, noticing the small details, and making meaning from what we see. Claire will guide you through accessible exercises using words, sketches, and colour to capture your own experience of the grassland. No art skills needed! Just curiosity and an open mind.
This interactive event is a celebration of everything we’ve explored, plants, animals, soil, and community. And it’s an invitation to keep observing and protecting this special place. Whether you’re a seasoned artist, a stick-figure drawer, or somewhere in between – you are welcome. Kids too! And all materials are provided.
