The State of Recreational Fishing in Victoria has been prepared by two independent marine scientists who have identified current knowledge gaps and provided proposals for improving the management of recreational fishing in Victoria.
The report finds that the management of recreational fishing in this state falls short of what is needed to protect our unique marine environment – and recreational fishing – for the future.
