REPORT 2020 |
The Great Victorian Fish Count is Victoria’s largest marine citizen science event, and each year it continues to connect communities to our coast. It is supported by numerous community and dive groups throughout the state.
The theme for 2020 was ‘Exploring our home turf’, and at a time where many of us found our home range significantly limited, it aimed to remind us that right along Victoria’s coastline we have an amazing blue backyard to explore and many iconic marine species that are found nowhere else in the world.
