Saturday, 5 April | 3:00 pm - Sunday, 6 April | 10:00 am

Greater glider in a tree

Immerse yourself in remote areas of the proposed Great Forest National Park on an overnight camp out! Join our campaigners and researchers to learn about why these forests are incredible. Help with wildlife surveys and share an evening with like-minded people engaged in nature conservation.

This activity is designed for people new to forest protection campaigning and will be run as a low impact, small group.

Some driving on remote forest roads (gravel) will be required. Carpooling is available.

This is a BYO camping activity. You’ll need to bring your own camping equipment and food.

Medium level of fitness required – we’ll walk 2-3 km on gravel roads with short walks off paths through dense understory plants.

This activity is not suitable for children.

We’ll send you the full details after you RSVP.

Please RSVP below.
