NatureWatch – wildlife monitoring in Enfield

Monday, 13 April | 10:00 am - 3:30 pm

Help us learn more about the animals living in forests around Enfield, about 25 km south of Ballarat.

We’ll set up wildlife cameras and audio recorders to collect information about the animals in these forests, and to search for threatened wildlife like Brush-tailed Phascogales, dunnarts, Swamp Skinks, Growling Grass Frogs and Brown Toadlets.

The details:

Fitness: Medium level of fitness needed. There’ll be 1-2km of walking on gravel roads and through open forest with low shrubs, logs and sticks to navigate around.

All training is provided.

Please register separately for each adult. This activity is not suitable for children.

Meeting 10am in Napoleon, Victoria. Finishing at about 3:30pm
