
Bushwalk – Eltham to Hurstbridge along Diamond Creek Trail

Amble for 10kms along the north and most recently completed section of the Diamond Valley trail.
This will be a geography and history experience. We will look at historic horticulture, mining. and possibly check out the Diamond Creek Men’s shed. We will finish at the Hurstbridge Wattle Festival. This an annual community event that has been going for many years. Return to the start by train, metro or steam train shuttle.

This is an easy walk, beginning approximately 26kms from Melbourne.
This event is being led by Bushwalking Program volunteer Philip Sharp.
Registrations will open 4 weeks before the walk.
