VPAC is a professional body, formed by a group of retired and former park staff to share their independent advice and expertise, and advocate for improved resourcing and management of the special places Victorians love and enjoy.

Felicity has 37 years in protected area management, across three regions of the state, beginning as a park planner, then ranger, ranger in charge, program operations manager and finally coordinator of interpretation, information, and education.
