Grassy talk – Bats over the grassy plains

Tuesday, 1 July | 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for a talk about bats and grasslands!

Bats are a key part of our grassy ecosystems. Emma Bennett will tell us about bat ecology, why they’re important, the threats they face and what we can do to help protect them.

Emma is Principal Ecologist at Elmoby Ecology, which specialises in quantifying the impacts of windfarms on birds and bats.

Emma’s online talk will be followed by a Grassy Plains Network meeting.

This event is being run by the Grassy Plains Network.
