TAKE ACTION |

Since colonisation, 54 of Victoria’s plants and animals have been driven to extinction.

Four years ago the Auditor-General delivered a scathing report of the Victorian Government’s failures. Today, thousands of our plants, animals and ecological communities are at threat of extinction.

Instead of fixing this mess, the Allan Government twiddles their thumbs.  It’s their duty to look after our irreplacable nature, not accelerate wildlife destruction.

Victoria alone has over 1600 Endangered and Critically Endangered plants, animals and fungi. We only have one per cent of our grasslands left. Helmeted Honeyeaters, Southern Brown Bandicoots and Spotted Tree Frogs are on the brink.

Even once common animals like Platypuses and Laughing Kookaburras, are being pushed out of the places and homes they thrived in for so long.
