This Tree Assessment and Management Report and Threatened Species Detection Report was prepared for the State Minister for the Environment, State Minister for Agriculture, Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and Djaara-Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation.
Jordan Crook of Victorian National Parks Association undertook a survey of ten trees in the Wellsford State Forest in Axedale, Victoria.
The trees were assessed for their ecological, heritage, cultural, social and aesthetic values.
Tree data was collected and incidental fauna detections also recorded.
Recommendations are made to protect and manage the tree health, vigour and habitat value.
