Spring Fling Grassland Festival 2026

Spring Fling is a celebration of our special native grasslands and awesome local community!

Our beautiful grassy meadows are rare and home to amazing wildlife like Victorian Grassland Earless Dragons, Matted Flax-lilies and Striped Legless Lizards. And we can’t wait to celebrate them with you.

We’re looking forward to food, music, Bhangra dance (grasslands style!), stalls, plant giveaways and kids activities including the famous Grassland Games.

The free tour of the Iramoo Wildflower Grassland Reserve in full spring bloom is sure to be a highlight.

At the festival there’ll be local nature groups and networks, Brimbank’s diverse communities, and grassland lovers all joining us on the day.

The festival is at Iramoo Wildflower Grassland Reserve, near Iramoo Native Plant Nursery, St Albans.
