Join a bushwalk along the Werribee Gorge Circuit, soaking in the surrounding landscape.
We’ll experience the Werribee Gorge State Park at varied elevations – getting great views of the gorge and meandering river from above, as well as walking closely alongside the river, and everything in between.
This 11km walk includes some steep sections and a bit of rock scrambling. There’s also a small section that requires holding onto a steel cable in the rockface as we walk alongside the Werribee River.
If we’re lucky, we may see the wattles in bloom and a raptor soaring above.
This medium level walk begins roughly 100km west of Melbourne.
