Finding a national park
Planning to visit one of Victoria's great national parks? There are many ways to find information and enjoy our magnificent national parks and natural areas.
Bushwalking is one of the finest ways to enjoy nature because it offers such a range of experiences, along with the opportunity to meet new people.
Cycling, canoeing and cross-country skiing are also great ways to get to know our parks.
VNPA provides all of this and more. We run one of the largest bushwalking and activities programs in Victoria. And you are welcome to join us.
By becoming a member you can enjoy the benefits of our bushwalking group.
In the meantime you can order a free copy of our bushwalking and activities program.
For information about national parks you can browse the VNPA's online book catalogue.
For maps of national parks go to the Parks Victoria website, which lets you search parks by name, park type or area.
About Victorian National Parks Association
The Victorian National Parks Association (VNPA) is Victoria's leading nature conservation organisation.
VNPA is an independent, non-profit, membership-based group, which exists to protect Victoria's unique natural environment and biodiversity through the establishment and effective management of national parks, conservation reserves and other measures.
VNPA was instrumental in the creation of the majority of Victoria's 45 national parks and we continue to work towards ensuring that they and other natural areas are protected and managed for the benefit of future generations.
